The rate of sales has spurred the release of more homes for marketing at Verona Pointe, a North Naples town home community developed and built by Pulte Homes Inc.
Jill Hoffman, vice president of sales and marketing for the Southwest Florida market of Pulte Homes, said 51 residences have now been released. Verona Pointe will consist of 94 town homes in 13 two-story buildings, including five of six units each and eight of eight units each upon completion.
Each home is a two-story design with the owner’s and secondary bedrooms on the second floor. The two floor plans each offer three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Every home has an attached garage. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
The Milan has 1,580 square feet of living area and 2,004 total square feet, including a single-car garage. The Montenero has 1,715 square feet under air and 2,273 total square feet, with a two-car garage.
Each town home has a private entry, a powder room on the first floor, three panels of 8-foot sliding glass doors opening to the rear patio from the grand room, a utility area with a washer and dryer on the second floor, 9-foot, 4-inch ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings in the owner’s bedroom and second bedroom.
Features include an owner’s bath with his-and-her sinks with an enclosed shower, cultured marble vanity tops, wood panel cabinets and a private water closet. Each floor plan has a walk-in closet in the owner’s suite.
Kitchen features include a breakfast area for informal dining, wood panel cabinetry, a pantry and Corian counter tops with a Corian integral sink and spray attachment. The GE appliances include a refrigerator with an ice maker, a built-in microwave oven, a dishwasher, a disposal, a range with a self-cleaning oven and a full-size washer and dryer.
Interior features include raised-panel doors, 8-foot sliding glass doors and colonial baseboard trim. Floor coverings include ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, baths and laundry areas. The living areas have textured wall finishes with smooth finishes in the kitchen and baths.
Every home will be pre-wired for ceiling fans and cable TV and telephone outlets, including a structured wired media center.
Verona Pointe will have a recreation pavilion with a pool, sun deck and pool cabana.
Verona Pointe is on the east side of Livingston Road, north of Immokalee Road, and will have a lake along its southern edge providing water views for most of the community’s homes. The sales office is at 16275 Ravina Way, in the first building on the right.
