The Oliver Group has begun vertical construction on the first three-story building in Phase I of The Ivy at Naples Grande, a neighborhood of mid-rise residences.
Developed by The Oliver Group, The Ivy at Naples Grande offers lakefront homes with tee-to-green views of the 16th hole of the golf course. The four, three-story mid-rises in Phase I offer one residence per floor for a total of 12 homes. The third-floor Aspen is also a three-bedroom, study, 3.5-bath home and encompasses 2,873 square feet under air and 4,310 total square feet.
Each residence features ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, baths, granite countertops with 4-inch backsplash, stainless under-mount sink with one large and one small bowl, Ward’s Cabinetry Squire II in maple wood with choice of stain colors, and Viking appliances.
Neighborhood amenities include a clubhouse with a kitchen, bar area and an entertainment area as well as a heated swimming pool and spa.
Homes at The Ivy are priced from the $700s. Each residence includes a membership in the Premier Club of Naples, which provides private beach access, fine dining and spa, tennis, golf and social privileges at The Edgewater Beach Hotel & Club, Naples Grande Resort & Club and Naples Grand Golf Club.
