Four of the 12 original sites remain for sale in the custom luxury villa neighborhood of Volterra at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. Construction of a furnished model is under way on a fifth site with completion scheduled for the end of this month. Marketing began with the opening of the Volterra model home in winter 2006.

Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is a residential waterfront resort with more than 700 acres of lakes, three miles of private, white sandy beach and an Arthur Hills signature golf course. The community offers opportunities for in-lake swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing and fishing.
The 38,000-square-foot Beach Club, comprised of three separate buildings, consists of a 10,000 square foot, zero-edge infinity pool, the Blue Water Beach Grill, a European-style spa with full-service beauty salon, a fitness center, concierge services and marine services. The facility also offers tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and a children’s playground. The Beach Clubhouse offers dining, an indoor/outdoor lounge with wine room, a library, billiards room, card room, theater and business center.
Residential choices at Miromar Lakes include beachfront residences, waterfront residences, grand estate homes, estate homes, luxury villas, full floor residences and coach homes. Prices range from $600,000 to more than $6 million.
Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, 2.8 miles north of Corkscrew Road. The sales center is outside of the gated entrance.
